DJI has just released its first intelligent model editing software, DJI Modify. Modify features a streamlined and intuitive interface that makes it easy to complete model operations.
DJI Modify
DJI Modify works seamlessly with DJI Terra and the latest supported DJI drones to make model creation easier. Simply enable DJI Modify switch in Terra and enjoy editing in one click.
Modify features smart recognition to automatically detect unwanted objects in models or manually using a multiple selection tool or one-click removal tool. DJI Modify allows for unwanted 3D objects to be easily flattened manually, with an automatic mode for cars.
Once flattened, textures can be repaired using the built in polygon select, erase, or clone tools, which all use selected parts of the model to copy. DJI Modify also has support for filling in holes and repairing the surface of water.
Once all of the model editing is complete, DJI Modify allows the model to be quickly and easily shared across devices via cloud share. Requiring no software on the devices the model is being shared with.
DJI Modify system requirements
To run DJI Modify on your computer, it is recommended to have at least the following specs:
- Windows 10 or higher (64-bit) operating system
- At least 32 GB of RAM
- An NVIDIA graphics card with a computing capability of 5.0 or higher, and at least 4 GB of GPU memory. A graphics card equivalent to or better than NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti is recommended.
