A leak of what appears to be the product description for the DJI Pocket 3 suggests it will feature a 1-inch sensor and support video recording in 10-bit D-Log M.

The Pocket 3’s product description describes the upcoming camera as have a “1-inch image sensor to ensure pure image quality in a large light ratio environment”, along with supporting “10-Bit D-Log M color mode, which improves the dynamic range of video images and expands the post-production color grading space.”
The description also mentioned the Pocket 3 is equipped with a rotating touch screen to better preview videos being shot for horizontal and vertical content. Pocket 3 also features three microphones with the ability to connect an external microphone or monitor the audio via a pair of headphones.
DJI Pocket 3 accessories include a 3 1/4″ threaded handle, battery handle for extended battery life, a mini tripod, and an extension pole to name a few.

Previously, we saw the DJI Pocket 3 show up in the DJI Mimo app alongside the Osmo Mobile 7. We also saw a number of images of the camera being field tested as well product shots of the new rotating touch screen.
From the increase in leaks over the last few weeks, DJI could be gearing up to release the Pocket 3 before the end of the year. Our guess is leaning towards a December/January launch.
